How it works

From first call to first report, fast

1

A 30-minute call

Tell me what you're building, when it ships, and where it hurts. No pitch deck, no discovery workshop — just the problem.

2

Fixed-scope proposal in 2 days

A clear scope, a clear price, and what you'll have at the end. If it's not a fit, I'll say so and point you somewhere better.

3

Delivery starts within a week

No onboarding theatre. Most engagements are producing their first findings inside the first week.

Approach

Why teams bring Sentria in

1

Ship faster

Your developers stop losing days to testing and rework. Releases stop bottlenecking on "who's checking this?" — because someone owns it.

2

Accountable sign-off

AI can run tests; it can't be accountable for a release. Every engagement ends with a named professional's recommendation you can take to stakeholders.

3

Built for high stakes

Experience where failure is visible: emergency services apps used by millions, and regulated financial services delivery. Modern tooling, faster turnaround.

About

No agency. No juniors. Just the person who does the work.

Sentria was founded by Eugene Khoo, Principal Consultant. With over 10 years across banking, government and big tech, he's done one thing in different uniforms: making sure software that matters actually works before real people depend on it.

The person you meet on the first call is the person running your tests, writing your reports, and signing the recommendation. ISTQB certified, Certified Scrum Master, registered on buy.nsw.

FAQ

Common questions

What does a typical engagement look like?
It starts with a 30-minute call about what you're building and when it ships. From there you get a fixed-scope proposal — either a one-off audit before a launch, or ongoing monthly cover. Most engagements are running within a week of the first conversation.
How do you price?
Fixed prices wherever possible — monthly retainers for ongoing QA, fixed fees for audits and projects. You'll get a clear number before anything starts, not an open-ended hourly meter.
Can you work alongside our developers and existing processes?
That's the default. Sentria slots into your existing delivery cadence — your ticketing, your release cycle, your standups if useful. The goal is to remove a bottleneck, not add a process.
What is a release readiness report?
A short, plain-English document produced before each release: what was tested, what was found, what's still open, and an explicit go/no-go recommendation. It's the evidence your stakeholders see — and the thing you point to afterwards.
Do you use AI in your testing?
Yes — where it makes sense. AI is applied to the parts it genuinely improves, like test generation and execution speed, which keeps engagements fast and costs down. What's never automated is the judgment: the risk assessment and the final recommendation always come from a named, accountable professional.
Where are you based, and do you work on-site?
Sydney, Australia. Remote-first for most work, on-site in Sydney where it helps — workshops, UAT sessions, and release days are often better in the room.
